If you want the beeest results, refrigerate your macarons and eat them within 5-7 days of delivery. You might also freeze them upon arrival for up to 3 weeks! Leave them outside of the freezer for approximately 30 minutes, and if you had them in the fridge then just leave them outside for 10 minutes. They’ll have a just-baked taste!

If you purchased a premium gift box of macarons, you can store them in the plastic trays they came in. If they're in a bag or a paper box, store them in the fridge or refrigerator with some plastic wrap so they’re safe in there. For best results, our macarons should be refrigerated and consumed within 5-7 days of delivery, or they can be frozen upon arrival for up to 3 weeks (!).
