Due to the perishable nature of our products, all in-store purchases are final and we do not accept returns.

However, we want you to have the best possible experience with Woops! If your macarons arrive damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please reach out to us within a reasonable timeframe and include a photo of the product. Our team will be happy to review and assist in making things right.
